Over 1 million preventable deaths in EU a year. Just last week EU pledged to more than double military spending, an increase of 613 billion EUR, so you can expect that figure to grow very rapidly.

You can clearly see two groups of countries, ones with huge preventable mortality are all ex communist countries. Thank fuck for capitalism and EU membership huh?
