Short little video on a different approach to handling Magic Items to increase the chance of them being used and going to the right character.
Core idea seems to be to enchant the items characters already have instead giving them unidentified stuff.
I like that idea. Enchanting is diegetic and can easily be a mini-quest. Better than picking stuff from rule books.
