I have a petrol-LPG ford fiesta (lpg sold directly by ford), 110 k.I have had for 6 months an error in the reading of the o2 sensor after the engine, resulting in a P042 error in obd2 (first image). Nothing wrong with the car, so I just changed the lambda sensor after the engine. Right after installing it reading was perfect (2nd image, the reading is perfectly stable at 0.4 volts). Now after 3 weeks, the p042 has come back and the reading is like before (faulty). What could be the issue? I used a compatible sensor as a replacement…but I don’t think that is the issue…the reading was good…what could be causing it to read badly again? Some leak in the tubes - attachment? Or else?

PS: images and lambda sensor refer to the the downstream one.

Before replacing lambda sensor / 300 km after replacing the lambda sensor

Right after replacing the lambda sensor, it was ok…
