- Development: Rapid development from Columbia through Sams Crossing into Avondale Estates (where it becomes N. Avondale Rd) since ~2018, and currently continuing in 2023-2024. This includes several large apartment buildings with ground-level retail, plus Talley Elementary school (2019) and Townhouses on Talley and New streets.
