It’s not about what people say, it’s about what they do. You’ve abstracted your politics to a degree that you can’t tell what’s actually happening around you and you’retaking rhetoric as if it’sall equal.
The GOP is actually taking people’s rights away, they actually attempted to overthrow an election and send fake electors to change the results, they’re actually laying out plans to replace tens of thousands of government employees with pre-screened Trump loyalists.
Right-wingers can call the left fascist all they want but it’s not materially true, the left has nothing even remotely similar to that. Sanders wants to make healthcare work and raise the minimum wage, not exactly fascist. Appealing to centrism does not work in this case, because you cannot have a healthy balance between fascism and democracy, and conservativism is at its core a philosophy concerned with preserving authoritarianism, heirarchy and the concentration of power into the hands of the few.
Yes, conservative Dems are also complicit, but you’re not going to achieve anything by finding a middle ground between extreme conservatives and slightly less extreme conservatives.

It’s a uniparty. And you’ve fallen for their song and dance.
Man, listen to yourself.
