20 Cayenne S - Driving Experience?

I am in the market for a Porsche Cayenne and I either want a the 2017/18 Cayenne S or a 2019/20 Cayenne S.

I am looking for some advice here because everyone looks at the car as a whole but no one really get into the details of the driving experience especially since this is an SUV. The driving experience matters to me more than anything. I have a 2017 BMW X3 and electric steering feel is horrible, which ruins the car for me

In contrast, I also have an E90 M3 and I love it because of the driving experience. The steering is hydraulic, and the feel is amazing. The handling is great, and the throttle response is instant.

People who have driven both, can you please give me share some of your thoughts? I am most curious on
