First thing I would do is search inventory for a low mileage lease return CPO. Depreciation is back in a big way and dealer lots are full. CPO cars get 2 years additional warranty on top of the remaining factory warranty in most cases 3 years in total. Going this route is a far better value than buying new. That said if you must have new leasing is almost never better because Porsche has a high money factor.
2024 and a 2022/21 have completely different front ends and interiors. 2024 Cayenne is much nicer, imo
To me the slight differences are not at all worth 35k in 3 years. But to each their own.
Is this a literal search you can do? Or do you mean just look at the used cars listed?
