I leave for a trip next week Thursday. I ordered an oled on Saturday and it shipped out Monday, as expected. The estimate is 3-5 working days. The first three events clicked off like clockwork (very similar to both my and my mates LCD shipping times from a couple months ago). The next legs are when it’s hit UK and then gets delivered, but I’m not seeing any updates.
I wouldn’t be too worried if I wasn’t needing it next week, but yeah. Just curious whether other UK based purchasers are seeing similar. Not sure I want to contact support unless I reach the 6 day mark, of course at that point it’d probably be too late to reorder.
Tell me I’m panicking unnecessarily and the courier company has a lot of packages on order during the black Friday rush…

UK here. Ordered on the 19th, it was shipped, then picked up on 24th, where it sat waiting to be received at the final delivery centre until yesterday morning. It arrived about an hour ago.
I’d take a gamble that you’ll get a ParcelFarce email today/tomorrow, then delivery should be next (working) day.

I ordered mine on the 20th and it arrived yesterday.
Ordered mine on the 22nd from the US. Should be arriving in Australia on Monday. Pretty impressed considering it’s been passed between two couriers.
Mine arrived yesterday after ordering 20mins after launch. For them to ship took 8 days, GLS also nearly took a week to deliver. So yeah i‘m kinda glad i was not alone haha

Where do you live? If it’s in the UK then there must be some sort of error or mistake since you should have received it by now, especially if you ordered on release date. I’d complain you shouldn’t have to suffer like this.

Yep, same. Sucks seeing all these people with theirs after fighting with Steam servers incase of a sellout. The dead silence from GLS doesn’t help.

Bought mine 24 mins after launch, I received it last Thursday. Reading, UK.
Obviously it didn’t make it come any quicker, but i was provided a Parcel Force tracking number with mine.
If I put this into the parcel force website, I got a lot more information of exactly where it was.
GLS said left the centre for like 3 days, but with PF I could see it had left Holland, landed in Swanage, then travelled up-to Swindon, all in those 3 days. Mine arrived the day after landing in Swindon.

Mine also came through the Netherlands. For the past 5 days, it was on this same status. Today, out of nowhere, it got out for delivery and then delivered to my address in Ireland.🥳🥳🥳🥳.
UK here too ordered mine on 18th, coming today according to parcel force. The tracking only got updated yesterday from the “left parcel center” on GLS and Parcel Force “general logistics” stages yesterday. They did say delays were expected when buying the steamdeck and my expected delivery time was initially 6-10 days. Hope this helps.
UK buyer here, ordered a OLED 512 Steam Deck and a docking station on the 19th, Value had packaged but not shipped until the 24th. GLS pick it up on the 25th the same day it left their parcel center and its been in transit ever since. Parcel Force tracking shows no more information. I have raised a support request with Value and GLS but not heard back from either. There is a separate tracking number for each item. Would of been quicker to order another one at the start of this week!
Ordered mine(512gb Oled model) late Sunday night(26th) and it has just arrived now(Midday Thursday 30th). So 4 business days in the end. Seems GLS have shit the bed at some point for a lot of people. They went dark on my notifications for a day and a half/two days, but I kind of expected that as it was coming from overseas. Really hope all you guys still waiting get some good news soon.
Ordered my 512GB OLED at 19:30 on release day and it arrived on the 23rd Nov. Delivery once it arrived in the UK (it was also dispatched from the Netherlands) was handled by ParcelForce for me

It’s usually 1 to 2 weeks for post from Netherlands to the UK so no idea why they say 3 to 5 days
My LCD arrived in 4 days via same route… I guess GLS is just swamped right now. Very depressing that I bought this for my fiance for our wedding trip and it may not get here in time.
