Is there a way to search for dealers who are participating?
They don’t need to be registered to get you the credit this year so even if you could track that it’s not a full picture of who would and who wouldn’t. Anyone willing to fill out a 15400 form is a participant. Bring it with you when you buy and don’t sign the papers with finance until they fill it out and promise to file
