Has anyone put together a list of games that advertise HDR support but it doesn’t work on Steam Deck, or just general test results? (including on OLED’s internal display and when LCD Deck is docked to an HDR display)

Here are games I’ve tested where HDR is offered but didn’t work on Steam Deck:

• Hogwarts Legacy
• Hitman
• Hitman 3 / World of Assassination
• The Division 2 (DX11 + DX12 modes)
• Redout Enhanced Edition (DX12 mode)

Typically the game fails to detect the display’s HDR capability, but in the case of Redout, enabling HDR in settings causes the screen to freeze until you disable it.

Fwiw, here are games I’ve tested and verified that HDR works correctly on Steam Deck OLED:

• Guardians of the Galaxy
• Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
• Days Gone
• Baldur’s Gate 3
• Talos Principle (requires manual .ini change, looks terrible)
