    Consumer reports rating need to be dug into and not taken at face value. Reliability is a very broad term for them. That includes people not knowing how to use the interface.

    Not everyone is an early adopter or enthusiast. I read the entire 680 page manual for my car. Discovering all the features, particularly coming from a 17 year old car, has been a blast for me. Even with that, there are things that are just not intuitive or that I’ve had to refer back to find.

    But I’m not most people. Most people aren’t going to do that.

    Complexities are a real issue for the average consumer.
