They also stole our main striker in 2015 and to a lesser extend Tite preferred them over us this year when he got back from the national team.
With that said Flamengo is not our biggest rival, first because they are a tiny club with arguably the most infidel fans you can think of (a large part of them started rooting for them in 2019 or they root for other teams besides Flamengo), second our disaffection towards other clubs in Sao Paulo and two clubs in the south far surpass anything we can think of these small fries.
I say they’re our most hated enemy in Rio de Janeiro for the next decade.
