For context: B58 gen 1 - 2018 440i

I am looking to purchase an AA catted DP, but will not be getting MHD for a few months (winterizing the car). Is it okay to run this downpipe without a tune and no CEL?

I know the CEL will eventually appear once I switch to a catted DP, so I want to get MHD to clear this and run logs (no tune yet, still can’t handle the power).

If anyone has done this please let me know! Do I need to let the cat warm up more than just the engine to help prevent CEL?
