My buddy is selling his 987.2 with 20k miles for $33k. Car is clean and maitanance records look good. Is this price too good to pass on?

For reference this is what I paid back in 2014 for a 987.1 CS also with 20k miles.
I recently bought the same thing. I paid about 10K less but it had about 100K mi more.
Absolutely yes. Get a PPI to avoid issues with your friend. From a good Porsche mechanic. Main thing you’re looking at is the overrev report (aka the DME report). It will show if it’s been misshifted or how long it’s been past redline. For reference I sold my 987.2S with over 100k miles for $30k and I thought that was a little low
