    Why would anyone want to put a dirty board in their backpack? I had a $400 meepo mini v2 for a year in college that I used to get to and from class every day. I don’t think I would ever put that board in my backpack even if it folded, especially when during entire weeks or months when it was wet or snowy.

    AND… the board is designed with layers of Kevlar so that students can use the long board to protect themselves from school shooters! It’s a win/win!

    I don’t skate myself but have always liked how people rock their boards outside of their backpacks like they are ready to skate as soon as the elevator doors open

        Why would I need a folding skateboard that takes up the same mass but now doubles width at the trucks/wheels?
