I was very close to buying an OLED, but decided to wait for the 2nd Gen Steam Deck instead. I couldn’t justify the extra money for a refresh just yet. The LCD is completely fine as it is till the next Gen release imo.
(though if I was in a region with the limited edition OLED Deck, I would have caved in, not going to lie 😂)
What did everyone do? Buy an OLED or waiting it out?
I got the OLED because I’ve never owned a steam deck and figured now’s a good time. Even if the SD2 comes out next year I wouldn’t buy it because I never buy consoles the first year they come out.
