When I get out of my homeoffice and it’s everything dark, because I work until late, it is so annoying that I can’t simply do a phone gesture and get the flashlight on.
How is that possible? Is the S line also this bad?
I’m thinking on switching back to Motorola, because I won’t be installing any Google Play app just to have such functionality. And the side keys thing? It’s sad. Not intuitive at all.
Lock screen shortcut, flashlight, swipe up.
Double press the side key to turn on the flashlight but i guess you already know that.
Hard? I’ve mine set to press and hold the power button for a second. Couldn’t be any easier!
Get into Good Lock from the Galaxy Store and you can configure it to be activated upon holding down the lock button, just like on many custom ROM’s. All other answers here are either retarded, or wasting your time.
You can use the same application to also configure using the volume keys to skip tracks by holding them down. I attached a screenshot of the extensions to GoodLock that you’ll need.
I bet youre the kind of person that complains about the flashlight turning on in your pocket and draining your battery
Look at OP’ post history. He’s a junkie, probably too high to use his phone most of the time.
There are many ways to make it easy to access. I put mine on the lock screen as a shortcut. Just one swipe up. You can also put it on the side key as a double press shortcut (as you mentioned) or in the quick panel. How do Motorolas have it?
LOL, it’s not hard at all. You just have to set up your phone like you want it.
ive turned mine on to double press side button, i have zero problems with doing it
