Changing my thermostat. Bolt was cross threaded, head broke off.

Simple job becomes something more. Any help or tips on how to un fxck myself would be appreciated.

Have you tried vice grips or a good pair of channel locks pliers? What are you planning to do with the fucked threads in the housing once you get it out?
