2005 ford ranger manual transmission

I am getting some shaking when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear on my ranger. All of the other gears shift fine. Should I take it to jiffy lube or somewhere like that to get the transmission fluid changed/cleaned? Not sure if it ever has been and it’s been my daily driver for awhile. Thanks
