Everyon getting punished before City and Chelsea is the most ridiculous thing in football. Both of those better be getting relegated. Its been nearly 20 years now since Chelsea started doing it.
I have a feeling they’ll be sanctioned when the billionaires aren’t around. I don’t see the FA with those balls. The system has always been rigged.
