Ive been using android my whole life, about 13 years… I was huge google and android fanboy, I was very active member on xda and I rooted over 5 phones and tried out over 20 custom roms and kernels. I loved tinkering with it and I thought I will never go on iOS side… last year i got bored of android so i wanted to try iOS and I doubt im going back anytime soon… For me the best part of iOS vs android is that its so much more fluid… i dont know if thats because of optimizations or animations but iOS just works so well and I love it… i needed android to transfer some old images to my iphone and battery was empty, i charged the battery and when I turned it on it needed like 1 minute to stop lagging to become USABLE it still lagged ocasionally… iphone never did that
