The Bluetooth toggle is within two clicks and a few flicks of the left joystick.
They have said the OLED model has the ability to turn the deck on with a paired controller, not sure if this is a 3.5 thing or an OLED only thing. But it lists the feature as an ‘improvement’ on the Steam Deck OLED page.
I think it’s only on the OLED as it has its own Bluetooth antenna thing.
