First, one that has already depreciated quite a bit. If you’re driving that much a week, the car is going to depreciate pretty quickly. A new, or nearly new, car will lose a lot of value.
Get one with all the driver safety features. Adaptive cruise control, blindside alerts, etc. Let’s face it. Porsches, and really any sports car, is going to have limited visibility. You want all the help you can get in the daily commute.
Pick one that won’t affect your hearing. I drove a 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma for many years. They’re notoriously loud. I developed tinnitus (ringing of the ears) and can’t help think the very loud vehicle contributed.
Personally, that much time in a car, I’d want something seriously comfortable.
