Absolutely insane that this is a discussion, one has leadership qualities is vocal and commanding, an insane and infectious drive to win

The other was captain for Barcelona while they were 3-0 down to Liverpool and spent half time biting his nails in the locker room, and is a smidge autistic

They’d both be terrible managers but be realistic here

The same leadership qualities that lead him to disrespect his manager, refuse to come on as a sub, kick out a player on the ground when losing? That guy? Screams leadership.

Also being a manager has very little to do with being a leader on the pitch, as long as you get your message across to your players and inspire them you don’t need to be screaming.

Although fully agree that they’d both be terrible managers, much like Henry was

One rallied his team to World Championship after a shock defeat. The other tried to a snatch goal from his fellow team mate and is a narcissistic pig. (This type argument is stupid, as you can see).

Messi has definitely spent time with better coaches, and has better playmaking abilities, showcasing he might have a better understanding of the game. On the otherhand, he appears to be playing on his instinct, which is probably very difficult to translate into words.
