I think the main thing is to avoid using it all together. But curious if anyone here has any other suggestions?

    Send a gpdr or whatever the California equivlent request to remove all your data. Make sure they remove the data. If they don’t file a complaint with your local regulatory body.

    Check and see if they restored any of your deleted comments (spoiler, they have), then sue them under whatever privacy legislation your jurisdiction has.

    I’ve tried since the ban to use lemmy. It’s just very small. Hundreds of subs have no posts at all. If I need to get news I have to go back to Reddit.

    I think it’s there will need to be some serious shit to get people off.
