It runs right now. The main stumbling point is cities. Specifically Akila and New Atlantis, Neon is fine. In cities you don’t really do much shooting though, mostly just getting quests and selling loot.
With the Deck Essentials mod you can almost get to a good spot even in cities, and more than playable everywhere else.
On release it looked horrible due to the FSR implementation being shit, but it’s actually pretty decent now that they fixed FSR to look less fuzzy.
