I cant factory reset or anything since having no controls or touch screen stop me doing anything!

Am I the only one that has a bricked Deck after a recent OS update (not stable release but still!)

I think It’s RMA time but Im 2 weeks outa warrenty EEK!

    so I’m confused does it actually not boot or are controls just broken? if it just doesn’t boot how do you know controls don’t work? or does the bios still load but not the OS?
