First one I’ve actually seen driving on the road. They look pretty good but wow they are big!

Not gonna lie, I’m sure it’s a dream to drive and comfortable as hell, but it looks goofy as fuck.

Seeing a few M2s in person has made me realize how close they were to making a good looking car.

The profile is good, the shoulder line down the side is good, the flared fenders are great, but then the rear and front are not cohesive with the simplicity and flow of the rest of the design.

I get the feeling they added some things just for “character” which is why it looks a little excessive. I do feel they almost did it right but I think I agree with you.

I’m seeing a lot of G87 hate because people like the F87, personally I’m not a big fan of the F87, simply because it lacks the rugged, industrial look of many precursor BMWs, In that aspect the G87 hits it pretty well. Being boxy, aggressive, and industrial.

I respect the F87 but it was too curvy for me—I like hard edged lines of classic BMW design. I do like that the G87 tried to bring that back—-I just think they overdid juuuuuust a bit! Haha

Yea, can we please see more of the 1M and not of this abomination? That M2 looks like a 1st grader did an 8th graders homework and it shows

I don’t care how the car performs. An ugly car is an ugly car, and a fast car is a fast car. The thing is, you can make fast cars look good, and BMW failed

While BMW takes a lot of heat for their design styling, I think the fender flares work well and a softer headlight/taillight design similar to the previous M2 would’ve complimented the car well.

Ayo hold up, are you driving what I think you’re driving? That’s more of a god damn unicorn.

I just can’t get over how the rear looks like a bomb went off inside the trunk and forced that whole surface to bulge out like that. Combined with the awful headlights I’m not sure what the designers were going for

I like the red, I like the side profile, I like the hips.

I don’t like the weird fussy plastic backend, the taillights, or anything about the way the front looks.
