My near retired parents test drove a few speedy luxury daily driver type vehicles and it was down to this or a Panamera. They went with the Panamera Turbo but the F-Pace SVR was a close second.

I haven’t watched it yet, will soon… but we’ve had our FPace SVR for a couple years now and still love it. The interior is great, feels so solid. The powertrain is amazing, and the exhaust note is unreal. They come with 5 years of warranty too, so that’s a big help for piece of mind. Luckily we haven’t needed the warranty yet (knock on wood). Anyway I can’t believe these get slept on so much cause now there’s almost nothing else like it on the market. V8 supercharged midsize SUV with a sub 4 sec 0-60… Get it while you can cause Jag will be all electric in a few years.

I think they get slept on exactly because of the association Jaguar has with reliability (or lack thereof). The real highlight of the Jaguar warranty should be the unlimited mileage part. But that’s great to hear you haven’t had any issues. I do wonder if they’re much more reliable than their Land Rover brethren.

Nice review. They chose the worst interior spots of the Levante and Stelvio QV possible lol.

Props to it being a different entry in the segment. While the styling is clean, I do think it is a bit generic. Jag’s design doesn’t have as much distinctness as BMW Mercedes Land Rover etc

The fact a big V8 SUV like this exists is pretty cool, but damn I still feel like they did XF dirty by taking away it’s six or the option of an SVR trim. Maybe they will right before they kill the XF for their company reboot, but unlikely. And yah yah I guess not too many people would buy it anyways.

Absolutely. When I saw they removed the 6 cylinder in the refreshes for the XE and XF, I just lost interest in them. I dont think they will update the XF or XE any further. The reboot is slated for 2025 and in like two months it will already be 2024.

Can anyone speak to the comments they made about the F-Pace regarding the driving characteristics over the Stelvio Quadrifoglio, especially over the new ‘24s with updated head units? I find it hard to believe that the Pace is more agile and better to drive than the Quad with the Ferrari engine and the 50/5” weight. I’m not saying it’s impossible, I’d just like to hear opinions from more folks who may have tried them both
