This has been happening quite a lot lately, i switch to safari to get a link to post to lemmy and when i come back to mlem the page reloading (i was viewing a thread in all, but upon copying the link i am back at my default viewing of subscribed and unable to find the thread again.) Can mlem not reload when you are within a thread? Or provide a quick way back to where you were?
ETA: This appears to only be happening on my iPad Pro. I opened Mlem on my phone after posting this and the thread I was browsing hours ago was still open.

That’s definitely not intended behavior. I’m having some trouble reproducing the bug–could you provide some more information?

- How long does it take to produce the behavior (i.e., how long do you have to spend with Mlem in the background before returning to the app reloads it)?
Mlem is the app store version 1.1. i thought i was using TestFlight still. Unsure when i switched.
This most recent time it was under 2 minutes. I opened safari, typed in a search, clicked the link, then a second link, and copied the url, switched back to mlem and it has reloaded. There have also been times i switched to another app, forgot what i eat looking up came back to mlem and it has reloaded (so under 30 seconds out of mlem)
This appears to only be happening on my ipad pro 11" (2018), my iphone 14 pro appears to not be reloading on app switch.
