Want to join the BIMMER boy community, Came to the conclusion that I can do 50k. Was looking at 2022 m340i or perhaps an older m3 but doesn’t want to be buying a car with 50k miles on the dash, or that’s the end of reliability. Any recommendations? Want a car without the older dash.
50к end of reliability? My civic lives it’s 4th life then lol
High mileage civics are the best.
Bruh 50k miles is not the end of reliability😂 if it’s properly maintained and you maintain it properly as well, you’ve done 80% of the work. Look for a G20 M340i with has been maintained properly or maybe even an M2 Comp.
50k miles is not a lot. I recently bought a 650i xDrive with 58k miles that is absolutely immaculate.
Low mileage F82 M4
840i
lol every M3 i’ve owned has been over 70K mi they do not end at 50
I recently bought a 21 m340i certified, warranty until 2026, 35000 miles for $47k
Can get a m340i and mod it out
50K miles is end of reliability?
Yeah 😫
OP just wants to drive the car without doing anything other than oil changes. Once you get to 50k things other than engine oil needs to be changed
Def a typo where he meant “or that’s at the end of reliability”
this is what I meant lol
I’d go for m2 competition. They’re around 45k usd at least here in uk with as low as 10k miles.
Second this - I picked up my M2 with 5000 miles for 48k a couple years back. Zero regrets.
yeah a couple years back a new M3 was under 70k
Not seeing that in the USA, M2 comps going for $55k+ with less than 20000 miles.
What’s your annual maintenance budget? Regular maintenance is the only path to mechanical reliability.
This. So many people think that their budget for car ownership ends at the purchase price.
