    Not sure if you’re replying to me or the OP but I fully understand what this chart means and yes the issues that they report are so bogus and silly that it skews the results. But the takeaway here is that JD Powers is NOT at all credible regardless of whether they are reporting on issues like pairing a phone or longer term problems regardless of them being minor or major. What WOULD make sense is the data that is being reported and having it broken down by specific categories like UI issues vs. major mechanical failures. Regardless of the data presented here though… the reality is from MY perspective is I’d never own a Kia/Hyundai or Chevy. Worked on far too many vehicles to know what is solid, mostly solid vs. utter junk.
