I am in the process of buying a 2013 328 x-drive that has a lowered suspension. I haven’t gotten it yet but the owner says it was lowered when he bought it 3 years ago and he noticed that the back sits slightly lower than the front. Any ideas why?

I had springs on my 328 (2015) and that was just the way the springs were. Just a slight negative rake. Mine were dinan springs for reference. It was not very noticeable, but if you looked, you could see it.
If it is crazy noticeable, may be something else up.
