The seats are small, but does that mean shorter people can fit in them?
It’s not made for people really, it’s made to cheat the insurance man. 2 seat cars are envisioned as race cars by insurance companies who attach added fees. 4 seat cars are envisioned as family cars by insurance companies- ha.
I rode sideways once in the back of a 996. I’m 6’1” and it was ok, but I had my feet on the other back seat.
Did the same thing in a Mk4 Supra once too!

With my wife being 5’2, her cousin is 5’1 cans it behind her. Leg room isn’t the issue it’s the upright seat backs in my 992 Targa.
Now I’m 6’3 so what fits behind me is a small cat carrier.

This is the answer
From bubs to 13 yrs old. After that no go from the youngest.
My kids… one in a carseat 6, and the other just sitting on the seat 10. They both fit. The real problem is that the seating position is really upright for the 10 year old. I usually let him sit up front.
If the front seats are up for shorter upfront people there is actually space for smaller legs behind. Again, the problem being the really upright back on a really bucketed seat.
If you get the right carseat kids work just fine in the back. My son didn’t really complain until he turned about 9.
It’s a 3 person car, one driving and 2 riding.
