I didn’t do this. I love my (used) cx9 but I do not like the interior. Everything scratches so easily. The console isn’t too bad, drivers side doesn’t have scratches like that. Any ideas how to cover this up, or do I just accept it? Thanks!

Of course you do. This isn’t a Mazda specific issue. Something is scratching your door.
