So i purchased a laptop(Lenovo)from Amazon last month(12th October)n it has some issues. I updated the Bios last night n when I woke up n checked this morning , i found out that the screen is pitch black(no display) although it’s turning on n the backlit keyboard are working (can’t press the caps,num n esc button tho…like not blinking) So since , i bought it online I’m clueless on how to claim my warranty(i have softcopy)… I asked one of my friend n he told he told me to just go to any Lenovo service centre n i can claim it … does it work tat way ?

Well firstly I would contact Lenovo support to find out how to RMA the laptop, maybe they will tell you to send it or take it to Lenovo Service Centre if you live somewhere near.
