He broke the premier league scoring record in his first season, he won city their first ucl. Won the treble. He has 13 goals in 12 games this season. Excluding ballondor and that, how can ANYONE not drool for Haalands goalscoring ability. This is coming from a Liverpool fan that cant believe the standard of talk around this player.
Because his two main skills are “plays up-front for Man City” and “starts every game”.
He is a great player. But given those two points, if he wasn’t breaking records something is fundamentally wrong.
If he wasn’t scoring buttloads of goals before coming to city you might have had a point… was something fundamentally wrong with city’s previous strikers?
