In my opinion, Grimaldo is one of the best left-backs currently and his versatility is on point playing left-back, left-mid, and left-wing. He’s an incredible free-kick taker, lethal shot, great defender yet so underrated at the same time. In Bayer Leverkusen’s system, he fits perfectly whether it is dropping deep, on the offense, or assisting teammates. Spain has to call him up.

“Good” is subjective. He is struggling to get a satrter role in F…C. Barcelona, a team that curently its struggling by itself. So far, this season, he has failed to impress me one bit. Last one he did had flashes, but he is to young and has so little trayectory to tell if he is good, IMO.

I really dont rate Xavi as a manager. So i think the overall performance of Barcelona is often subpar. Like even the games they won vs Osasuna, celta should have been losses. They are the team with most goals in last minutes. Just a few days ago he was down to Alaves at home. Needed a pen to win.

Like they play so boring, this playstyle is already a disgrace for Barca but if he doesnt win anything on top of it he is getting sacked. Maybe give Xabi a shot or De Zerbi.

Tldr i blame lot of barca looking meh on xavi tactics.
