Yeah, I don’t get it either. But TECHNICALLY, the Pro machine does have 18GB it’s just apples strange naming that’s the problem. The Base Model MacBook Pro has an M3 Chip, not a pro Chip. That’s why it has 8GB, like the air. But the M3 Pro model has 18GB.
Maybe they can put some effort in making 16G the new normal for pro line machines.
pro should either 32-64 gig , the air should have 16 gigs
