For a while now, every time I try to run a game in gaming mode it runs incredibly slowly, but only in gaming mode. Everything runs fine in both desktop and big picture mode. Any ideas what could be causing this? I haven’t messed with the OS at all, aside from installing Decky Launcher (But it disappeared after a SteamOS update so I doubt that’s the issue)
Have you checked your settings such as TDP limit or Half-Rate Shading? Those can definitely affect the performance of your deck in Gaming Mode.
