Here’s my setup. I am running moonlight to connect to my main PC. within moonlight I have two applications setup, desktop and bigbox. Bigbox is my front end for emulation and steam / Xbox games. My main issue is that when I launch moonlight and click on bigbox, the exe launches and all is great, I can play any game (sometimes exiting emulators is a pain) but when I’m all done and come back in a few hours bigbox is still opened on my PC. It won’t let me launch bigbox again since “the program is already running” and if I click on desktop version it’ll freeze.

Is there a way for me to set moonlight to close out of everything on every disconnection so that the next time I try to launch it won’t clock up?

I’m not really sure. I know that Moondeck has a function to do that for steam games (as well as a function to turn off your host machine remotely), but I’ve never heard of bigbox before.

You could probably just use Sunshine’s remote desktop functionality instead? Remote into your host, open bigbox that way, then when you’re done close it and put the host to sleep/standby?
