Okay so, thing is, I was going to get a new gaming laptop so I was looking at different ones and since my budget is pretty low for a gaming laptop (700-750 (maybe 800) quid) idk if it’s actually worth sacrificing certain specs for a bigger screen.
For example, I found a laptop that had a 15.6 inch screen and had an RTX 4050 and an intel core i7 for about 800 quid, and had similar other specs (1TB SSD, 16GB RAM etc.) to another laptop that I found that had and RTX 3050 and an intel core i5, but had a 17.3 inch screen. Main thing about this is, I’d be carrying the laptop back and forth a lot since my parents live in seperate households, as well as this I’d need to take it to school to work on stuff like roblox studio, unity, blender and other things (I’m a games student) and my current 17.3 is already quite chunky to carry around.
The main reason why im asking is I just don’t have a 15.6 inch laptop to compare it with, so idk if it’ll be too small or uncomfortable to see anything on for games. Any answers are much appreciated, also sorry if this makes no sense I’m not an expert in talking about laptops lol.
17" will not work if you plan on taking it places, good luck in finding a bag big enough and it weighs a lot. If it’s going to reside on your desk only, it could be ok.
