Playing through the game for the first time as an arcanist and I’ve reached level 28, though I’ve only hit level 21 on the MSQ.
I’ve constantly being level sync’d and was wondering if it might be better for me to level up another class so I’m not constantly being unable to use my skills.
it’s all up to you, if you’re not fond of either job arcanist gives you then you can always start another class. you can also just stick with it and level it to max because there’s an exp bonus called armoury bonus that any job lower than your highest leveled job gets by default. when you do daily roulettes most of the time it wants either tanks or healers for the bonus exp and gil, and scholar is a healer.
i started out as an arcanist/scholar and stuck with it ever since, but nowadays I usually run MSQ in expacks as a warrior for free armor and then max out scholar so i can benefit from daily roulette adventurer in need bonuses from either role.
