We know about things like FFP and home grown talent. But the teams at the bottom of the table generally come up one season from the Championship and then go down the next season.

How would you change this? Or should it be changed?

I still think City are going to be hard to beat this season which would make it about a million league titles in a row. It’s fair but is it ‘fair’ to all the other teams in the bottom half?

    The first thing I would do is actually scrap FFP. It creates an uneven playing field by design.

    I would definitely introduce a wage cap to some extent. I’d like to think it would prevent players leaving “smaller” clubs to join smaller clubs to sit on the bench (Kalvin Philips for example). Say if there was a particular wage cap but you were allowed 2 players over the cap.
