Is substack still allowing Nazi content? I’d really like to read the article but I don’t want to give them the click.
What I know is that many leading voices of the left, including MeidasTouch, Robert Reich, and Judd Legum are regularly publishing on Substack. I’m not trying to justify Nazi content at all - but isn’t there, to some degree, Nazi content on every major platform? (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Insta, etc.)
The allegations against Substack may be valid - but I think they shouldn’t lead us to dismiss content that’s crucial for the Anti-Trump resistance movement.
It’s just that there’s a certain irony in using Substack to publish an article called “Why you’re unknowingly volunteering for Trump”. Giving clicks to a platform that has openly embraced nazi content is, in and of itself, unknowingly volunteering for Trump.
Uhhh, when has it ever allowed that?
Last I read, they were still happy to take money from, platform, and give money to nazis and other hate speech. After some backlash they added a rule something to the effect of not being allowed to call for extermination anymore, but not really much more.
I strongly feel that it is important to not give manipulators the attention they demand. Giving attention to them only gives them more power.
A living person only has so much time on this planet. Why spend our limited energy on a hate filled individual who we will never likely make eye contact with.
Personally, the less time I spend thinking about manipulators, the easier it is to push myself to engage with my community. Even if it’s painfully what my mind and body don’t want to do.
Manipulators hate people with the ability to be independent and that’s just enough motivation for me to keep going.
You’re trying to manipulate me into living a happy life and I don’t like it one bit
The goal of the Trump administration isn’t just distraction — it’s disempowerment. By flooding the public with scandal after scandal, lie after lie, they create confusion, fatigue, and a sense of helplessness. The goal is to make resistance feel pointless — to steal your time, your attention, and your will to act
Always remember what Trump wants. He wants to date his teenage daughter.
