The constitution was written over a century ago. It has had a few small changes over the years.

The people capitalising on electronic copyright infringement are attempting to skirt the existing laws, they may not be directly breaking the laws, (they also may be), but (to paraphrase The Castle) they are breaching the Vibe of what the law should be.

Regulation wasn’t proactive enough to keep up with other disruptive business models, Illegal Taxis, Illegal Couriers, Illegal Contractors and Illegal Currency. Governments and lawmakers now need to do their job to protect society and legislate against Illegal Copyright Infringement.
