For those that like the phone sized e-reader format.

I am in no way affiliated to Boox, I just like the idea of a phone sized E-Ink PDA/Reader/Walkman (did I age myself enough?)

I’d be a little tempted at maybe a third of the price, but the xteink one is still cheaper. I do like the boox software though, I’ve got their 10" one and it is a little hard to take everywhere

It is expensive indeed, but it’s mostly a replacement for a phone rather than a companion as the Xteink x3 and 4. They did release a competitor for Xteink with the picco though (feels a tad expensive too, and I think Crosspoint is more stable on Xteink devices now. To be tested !)

I might have to look into it again! I bought a phone with supposed e-reader features (TCL NxtPaper) and I’m overall disappointed with the phone… the e-reader functionality is nice, but not all it’s cracked up to be.

It would be nice if this was only $320, but I’m sure it’s more in $CAD.

If you don’t need the stylus functionality then the Palma 2 might be a better choice. Last I saw they were on sale for ~$250US.
