Hypothetically speaking: Everyone is quick to jump on the bandwagon to sack their Manager when their team is not winning. What do you think about a rule within the Premier League that says you must finish the season with the Manger you start with?

If a player plays poorly he can be dropped but a manager cannot be dropped if he performs poorly? How is that logical?
I’m not saying he can’t be dropped but that there is a minimum amount of time to keep them before dropping them.
But why? If my keeper threw the ball into the opponents face 3 times in a game he will be dropped.
