Oooofffff… at first I thought it was white Europe complaining about undocumented immigrants begging for money while the white European military was keeping more undocumented immigrants out.

In fact, the only real reason I got the proper context was seeing it was in c/Ukraine. lol.

Maybe the artist thought putting Ukrainian patches on the soldiers was too much, but it would have saved me a moment of “uhhhhhh, bigotry?” before realizing. heh.

Okay, so all that aisde… yeah. Spot on. I think the US has let Ukraine down more than Europe, but both should be lining up to send them supplies at the VERY least. Way more than we both have. Ukraine keeps thanking everyone for support, as well they should, but I can only imagine the legitimate irritation they must feel for needing to do so considering how much more support we could be giving. Ukrainian lives are human lives worth protecting.
