Bad management choices and recruitment of players.

Nothing to do with the glazers.

The Ferguson era has put into people’s minds that Man United is still a top contender for success. The team will always live in the shadow of that team regardless of what they may achieve in the future.

The game has changed so much from then.

Lack of vision . None at United has a Scooby doo what’s happening at football. They are crazed with social media interactions and revenue . Owners don’t understand football either . It will take them atleast 10 years to catch up if they start now . That’s how big mess that club is .

Lets look at it this way. This is the worst start to a Man United season of their 31 prem season so far.

Now, lets take a look at the facts:

    1. They have a world class manager
    2. They have great players and the most expensive squad in the world
    3. Their shirts and socks are too tight
    4. Glazers and investment and debt and money and all that stuff.
    5. SAF retired and sometimes after great mofos like Alex the G and Henry the second there isnt anyone able to fill their massive shoes and everything they built falls apart.

I think the answer is clear.

    Ownership.

Look no further than Ralf Rangnick for a perfect example. He started calling out the incompetence of how the club was being run and consequently got the boot. That’s a perfect representation of how horribly this club is run from the very top.

The glazers just put their friends & former players in charge of running some of the most important areas of the club.

They’ve created a culture where people and players aren’t judged on their actual job performance/qualifications.

That’s also the main cause of our inept transfer business of the last decade. The people in charge of player recruitment are largely unqualified to do so for a club of United’s stature.

Humans are mortal and Sir Alex Ferguson could only manage for so long.

That and those inbred looking mid west brothers doing everything for their pocket, including not hiring proper managers and directors to do an actual good job
